Welcome & Instructions
Hi there! I’m so excited you’re here. Below is the 2027 Senior Rep Application form. Please complete every section to be considered for a spot on this year’s team. I’ll be selecting 6–8 seniors, so don’t be afraid to show off your personality, be creative, be fun, and let your uniqueness shine.
Applications close on June 1st, and the new Senior Reps will be announced on June 2nd. I’m truly honored that you’re applying, and I can’t wait to get to know you better.
What's the Cost?
Being part of the 2027 Senior Rep Team comes at no session cost for the seniors who are selected. I truly believe senior year is something to be cherished, and I want this experience to add joy, not stress, to your final year.
There is no cost for:
6 guaranteed sessions
Group and solo shoots
Optional Costs
20% off your personalized senior session
Small investment
The studio session will have a small group fee that will be split evenly among the team.
If you’re selected, there is also a $75 registration fee, which goes directly toward your exclusive 2027 Rep Team merch.

What are the requirements?
Requirements to Join the 2027 Senior Rep Team
Must be a 2027 Senior
This program is exclusively for the Class of 2027.
Must participate in all sessions
Consistency is key — the full experience only works when everyone shows up.
Be open to meeting new people & trying new things
This team is all about connection, creativity, and stepping outside your comfort zone.
Social media participation
For each session, you’ll be expected to share one story or one post on your social platforms.
Signed waiver required
All 2027 reps must have a completed and signed waiver on file.
Comfortable being photographed & filmed
You’ll be featured in photos and videos used for Emily Peña Photography marketing throughout the year.

How does this fit into your schedule?
Emily Peña Photography will provide a full schedule for the upcoming year so you can mark your calendar in advance and stay prepared for each session. You’ll also receive a themed mood board one month before every shoot, giving you plenty of time to plan outfits, gather inspiration, and get excited for what’s coming.
Meet your photographer
HI IM EMILY!
I was born in Beeville, Texas, and lived there until 8th grade before life took my family to Arkansas, where I graduated high school and started college. A few years ago, I found my way back home to Texas, and it’s been such a gift to reconnect with the place that shaped me.
I’m 22, a full‑time college student, and I work full‑time in Karnes City, and somewhere in the middle of all that, I get to pursue what I love most: photography. I also manage social media for a wedding venue, which lets me stay creative and connected to the world of celebrations and storytelling.
When I’m not working or studying, you’ll probably find me with a good cup of coffee, spending time with my family, traveling, or at church. My friends call me Em, and I hope you can feel that same comfort — like you’re working with someone who genuinely cares about capturing your moments in the most meaningful way.
I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to create with you.
